As foreign tourists, we loved the convenience of being just a 10-minute walk from the train station and a quick 9-minute train ride to Kansai International Airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering to fetch us from the train station. They also spoke Chinese, which was a huge help. The cleanliness and organization of the room and common areas were top-notch. The provision of bikes made it easy for us to explore the area, and overall, it was a great place to stay for an early flight.
Felt absolutely fantastic, no complaints whatsoever.
